Damages & Claims
Freight damage must be reported on arrival
or as soon as boxes are unpacked.
If damage is obvious on arrival please notify the carrier as well as Paradisia.
Photographs of damaged cartons or trays
will help to speed up claims.
Any claims must be lodged within 7 days of stock arrival.
PARADISIA is strictly wholesale only.
Orders can only be placed by customers with registered businesses and must be purchasing our products for retail sale or other relevant commercial use - retail purchases are not permitted.
Minimum wholesale purchase values apply and items in mixed trays
can only be purchased as a complete tray.
Paradisia distributes products Australia-wide.
Our products can be seen regularly at a wide selection of retailers including retail nurseries Australia-wide & Bunnings stores in all states.
Due to the compact size and high values of our many of our products
we are able to offer shipping to most locations in Australia.
Freight is provided by specialised nursery transporters.
Deliveries into CBD areas and remote locations
may not always be possible,
or may attract large extra freight charges.
Freight is charged as a percentage of Invoice and will be partly subsidised for metro locations.
Our shipping schedule will vary from state to state,
please enquire with our friendly team as to what days
stock is delivered to your area.
Orders for WA and Tasmania require an extra week
for treatment and holding due to quarantine requirements.
