The production facilities at Paradisia Nurseries are based at Narre Warren North
and Officer and are within easy travel time from many locations across Melbourne.
Paradisia prefers full-time employees for their production nurseries:
Working hours are: 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Only persons with special skills will be considered for part-time positions.
Casual work is sometimes available during busy periods - spring & summer.
We also occasionally have employment opportunities available at our retail nursery outlet Collectors Corner, based at 810 Springvale Rd, Braeside.
Apprenticeships will be considered upon application.
We also offer work experience for school students and SWL upon application.

We are looking for self-motivated team players
who get along well with others
The ability to work at a fast, consistent pace even without supervision.
Applicants need to be physically fit, able to stand, push, pull, lift, bend and carry without issues.
Prior experience in a nursery work, process type work, wholesale warehouse
or despatch role and an interest in horticulture will be well regarded.
Forklift licence or MR truck licence would be handy but not essential.
Applicants must be available for full-time work 7.30 am to 4 pm Mon- Fri.
Earlier starts may be required on some days.
Duties involve potting plants, cleaning and preparing plants for sale,
managing plant growth including weeding, watering and other associated tasks. Prior experience in nursery work, wholesale or process type work and a genuine interest in horticulture will be well regarded.
Duties include preparing stock, picking orders,
loading & pushing trolleys of stock, labelling and packing orders with care.
Have good literacy skills and an eye for detail and getting things right
Other general nursery duties may be required at times.
