The production facilities at Paradisia Nurseries are based at Narre Warren North

and Officer and are within easy travel time from many locations across Melbourne.


Paradisia prefers full-time employees for their production nurseries:

Working hours are: 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Only persons with special skills will be considered for part-time positions.

Casual work is sometimes available during busy periods - spring & summer.


We also occasionally have employment opportunities available at our retail nursery outlet Collectors Corner, based at 810 Springvale Rd, Braeside.

The company is rapidly expanding and is seeking a number of senior staff with good management skills and sound horticultural knowledge to help us move the company forward. New roles are being created involving several key areas of the business for individuals who enjoy a challenge. We are seeking motivated self-starters to manage various aspects of our wholesale operations.



 1) One position will be in our sales department developing new lines from our

existing products to expand our ranges, identifying other business improvements

including marketing opportunities and utilisation of social media.

It will also involve dealing with wholesale customers and assisting with allocations and other administrative tasks. Other functions may include product & site presentation etc. 

This will require someone with good horticultural knowledge and astute business sense. 

Exceptional communication skills and relationship building

abilities are also essential for this role.

2) Another position will be co-ordinating with our product department team leaders to make better use of our current product ranges and identify new areas of potential growth. 

This can require working across our 3 production sites and liaising with

up to 15 departments for co-ordination of timely stock supply and quality control.

Proven planning & organising skills and relationship building

abilities are essential for this role.

  • Forklift licence or MR truck licence would be handy but not essential.

  • Other functions may include administrative work such as preparing invoices,

assisting our wholesale customers, product & site presentation etc.

  • Applicants need to be physically fit and pro-active and be able to work and make decisions without supervision. An ability to get along well with others is crucial.

Candidates will be assessed on previous experience and how they can

best contribute to the growth of the company and future developments.

These are full-time roles - 7.30 am to 4 pm Mon- Fri.
